I'm living in the US and was looking for a Cappuccino cup set to send to my daughter in Ireland for Christmas. Moka Consorten was the only site in Europe where I could find the Verona Ancap cups I was looking for, and even for a decent price (and shipping). Ordering was a breeze, shipping to Ireland was super fast, and their customer service is excellent, bar none. Highly recommended!

I just bought two E&B Labs filter and gasket replacement sets for my moka pots, and I wanted to say I'm thoroughly impressed. The item descriptions on your site are incredibly precise and detailed, which I really appreciate. By far my favorite shop when it comes to coffee accessories. It's always an experience and fun to choose accessories with the boss. He is more than customer-oriented and often advises against buying something unnecessarily. My La Marzocco and I feel very comfortable here. The mochas really have an idea and are well sorted. You will receive excellent support both online and in the shop.

Mit Abstand mein liebster Laden rund um das Thema Kaffeezubehör. Es ist jedesmal ein Erlebnis und Spaß zugleich mit dem Chef Zubehör auszusuchen . Er ist mehr als Kundenorientiert und rät sogar des Öfteren ab etwas unnötig zu kaufen. Meine La Marzocco und ich fühlen uns hier sehr wohl. Die Mokkas haben wirklich Ahnung und sind super sortiert. Sowohl online wie vor Ort im Shop wird man hervorragend betreut .

Hatte ein Ersatzteil für meine Espressomühle bestellt. Die Ware wurde in kürzester Zeit geliefert, war sorgfältig verpackt. Besonders gefällt mir, dass Kartons mehrmals zum Versand

Zubehör bei Moka Consorten bestellt und die Lieferung war immer sehr schnell, der Service top, und sogar die Texte auf der Website machen Freude zu lesen (abgesehen davon, dass bspw. alles zu Sieben und Siebträgern perfekt vermessen und beschrieben ist). Nichts zu beanstanden. Schnelle Lieferung in die Schweiz. Ich habe Filter für die Aeropress von IMS bestellt, benutze diese aber für meine Moka. Funktioniert gut. Es ist etwas aufwendigerer als die Papierfilter und man muss die Reihenfolge einhalten, sonst verstopft die Geschichte.
Habe inzwischen das Upgrade Sieb für meine Bialetti bestellt. Wiederum super Lieferung in die Schweiz. Das Upgrade Sieb ist der Wahnsinn - perfekt!!

Ich hab bis jetzt nur Online bestellt, aber die Angaben waren sehr gut und präzise (prä Millenium La Pavoni), ich konnte also sehr entspannt und unkompliziert Ersatzteile bestellen!
Auch die Beschreibungen der Produkte sowie eventueller Probleme, die auftreten können, fand ich sehr gut! Die Bestellung kam nach 3 Tagen, gerne gerne wieder!
Für mich die erste Wahl ab jetzt:)

Sehr nett, kompetent und zuvorkommend. War mit meiner Partnerin letzte Woche direkt im Shop und waren beide begeistert. Es wurde sich viel Zeit für uns genommen und auch keine Mühen gescheut. Und obwohl schon fast Feierabend war, wurde nochmal das Siegelnahntgerät angeschmissen, damit wir noch eine Probe Kaffe mitnehmen konnten. Uns wurde Nummer 4 empfohlen und wir können sagen: Der Kaffe schmeckt! Werde gerne wieder kommen 🙂
