I'm living in the US and was looking for a Cappuccino cup set to send to my daughter in Ireland for Christmas. Moka Consorten was the only site in Europe where I could find the Verona Ancap cups I was looking for, and even for a decent price (and shipping). Nichts zu beanstanden. Schnelle Lieferung in die Schweiz. Ich habe Filter für die Aeropress von IMS bestellt, benutze diese aber für meine Moka. Funktioniert gut. Es ist etwas aufwendigerer als die Papierfilter und man muss die Reihenfolge einhalten, sonst verstopft die Geschichte.
Habe inzwischen das Upgrade Sieb für meine Bialetti bestellt. Wiederum super Lieferung in die Schweiz. Das Upgrade Sieb ist der Wahnsinn - perfekt!!

Ich hatte eine Bestellung deshalb kann ich Essen und Ort nicht bewerten. Mit der Bestellung lief alles super. Ich habe meine Schwester mit passenden Dichtungsringen für ihre Cafeteria überraschen können und wir sind beide begeistert wie gut alles gepasst hat und der Kaffee schmeckt wieder perfekt. Schon mehrmals hier bestellt und immer schnell mit guten Produkten zu fairen Preisen beliefert worden. Websitestil um ehrlich zu sein nicht so meins und hat mich zuerst etwas misstrauisch gemacht, bin aber froh dann trotzdem bestellt zu haben und wurde nicht enttäuscht!

Der Onlineshop bietet eine tolle Auswahl und Service sowie die Schnelligkeit des Versandes sind großartig. Die Beschreibungen im Shop entsprechen 1zu1 dem, was ich erlebt habe - keine Übertreibungen, nur Fakten. Ich habe zweimal dort bestellt und bin wie angefragt und rasend schnell beliefert worden. Das war - und ist - mit großer Freude verbunden.

Also ich schreibe eigentlich nie Rezensionen, aber jetzt ist es soweit!
Ich hab bis jetzt nur Online bestellt, aber die Angaben waren sehr gut und präzise (prä Millenium La Pavoni), ich konnte also sehr entspannt und unkompliziert Ersatzteile bestellen!
Auch die Beschreibungen der Produkte sowie eventueller Probleme, die auftreten können, fand ich sehr gut! Die Bestellung kam nach 3 Tagen, gerne gerne wieder!
Für mich die erste Wahl ab jetzt:)

Sehr nett, kompetent und zuvorkommend. War mit meiner Partnerin letzte Woche direkt im Shop und waren beide begeistert. Es wurde sich viel Zeit für uns genommen und auch keine Mühen gescheut. Und obwohl schon fast Feierabend war, wurde nochmal das Siegelnahntgerät angeschmissen, damit wir noch eine Probe Kaffe mitnehmen konnten. Uns wurde Nummer 4 empfohlen und wir können sagen: Der Kaffe schmeckt! Werde gerne wieder kommen 🙂
